1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹49 applies.

3. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or prescription eyewear may take 3–5 business days to process.

4. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 5–7 business days

• Remote locations may take longer; delivery times will be provided at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS.

• Use this ID to track your order on our website or the courier’s portal.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, contact us immediately at eyeblaze@gmail.com.

• We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

7. Packaging

• All Eyeblaze products are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

• Prescription lenses and delicate frames are packed with extra protection to prevent damage.
